I liked everything, the treatment, food, decorations and staff behavior. The hotel is exceptional and it is the most beautiful and the best hotel in Bac Giang. I'm definitely coming back

The hotel is well priced and well presented, but the ambiance is cold, caused mainly by the tiled floors throughout. Our room was spacious and well appointed, but the "city view" turned out to be the neighbouring houses just across the street. We appreciated our early check-in at no extra price. The buffet breakfast was very good.
